Located in the heart of the city at the trendy shopping hub in the financial district - The Central - on Eu Tong Sen Street, Huang Ting is Singapore’s latest Chinese restaurant that serves up the best in contemporary Cantonese cuisine in a chic and modern setting overlooking the scenic Singapore River.

Launched in early 2008, the stunning new restaurant has already garnered a following with its extensive menu of delectable specialty dishes, elegant, avant-garde design and central location; making it a perfect destination for corporate and casual dining at lunch and dinner.

Huang Ting Imperial Flavours

Huang Ting’s outstanding menu is a collaboration of the skilled culinary team comprising 14 Chinese chefs who have polished their craft at top Chinese restaurants and hotels in Asia. Together they have designed an a la carte menu and set menus presenting sumptuous highlights such as the Crispy Sliced Peking Duck with Foie Gras, Imperial Special Roasted Crispy Chicken, and Braised Fillet of Marble Goby in thickened shark’s bone cartilage.

Just launched in May, the not-to-be-missed eight-course set menu - aptly termed ‘Huang Ting Imperial Flavours’ - showcases a tasting of the restaurant’s popular signature dishes which are picked from the updated a la carte menu and is available for both lunch and dinner. Priced at $60++ per person OR $88++ per person inclusive of two glasses of housepour wines and a dessert wine (minimum four persons).

Elegant Surrounds
Perched on the fourth level at The Central, Huang Ting is a stylish 210-seater restaurant that prides itself on its distinctive contemporary design and prime location. Black crystal chandeliers dot the restaurant and silver-beaded curtains weave themselves throughout the length of the glass wall to add greater aesthetic chic. Positioned along the window with a priceless view of the Singapore River and Clarke Quay is a row of striking and intimate swirl booths with leather upholstery that seat between two to six guests each.

The rest of the main dining room is marked by mirrored pillars and dark carpets which are offset by white linen and plush cream-hued leather sofa seating. Each table is well spaced out and offers guest a lot of room and privacy. Perfect for corporate dining or private functions, the four private dining rooms come with equally enchanting settings that seat up to 12 guests each.

Huang Ting is the perfection location for that all-important corporate lunch, dinner or private event. Guests can opt for a private room or spacious seating in the main dining room; both options come with great views. Special menus can be arranged with the manager in advance and guests will have a good selection of wines to choose from as well.
